A Netflix is a Warner tájékoztatásában ez az új ajánlat így hangzik “provides enhanced certainty around the value WBD stockholders will receive at closing, eliminating market-based variability”

A Zaslav BS métert itt lehet kiakasztani: “Today’s revised merger agreement brings us even closer to combining two of the greatest storytelling companies in the world and with it even more people enjoying the entertainment they love to watch the most.”

A jó öreg Sarandos-t pedig itt: “Together, Netflix and Warner Bros. will deliver broader choice and greater value to audiences worldwide, enhancing access to world-class television and film both at home and in theaters. “

“When this deal closes, we will own a theatrical distribution engine that is phenomenal and produces billions of dollars of theatrical revenue that we don’t want to put at risk. We will run that business largely like it is today, with 45-day windows. I’m giving you a hard number. If we’re going to be in the theatrical business, and we are, we’re competitive people — we want to win. I want to win opening weekend. I want to win box office.”
